Phancy

Phancy is also a very busy Pharaoh Hound. Phancy is in training for agility and also to strut her stuff around the conformation ring. Phancy's first show was in Perry, GA in April. Her first day in the show ring she received 2 points toward her championship! Saturday she went reserve to a major and Sunday she went Best of Opposite AND Winners Bitch! That gave Phancy her first major and we went home with a total of 5 points! We had a incredible weekend! Phancy finished her Championship at the Pharaoh Hound Eastern Specialty going Winners Bitch. It was a incredible honor to receive that at a specialty. We now show here and there for fun.

Phancy received her Rally Novice title (RN) in just 3 days in Franklin, Tennessee. Rally was a lot of fun for Phancy and the next step is Advanced which is all off leash which I am very scared of!

Unlike her sister Femi, Phancy loves to chase the white plastic bag. She is very intense about lure coursing and has a great time. Her first weekend out to the field she earned 2 first places (Best of Breed) and 40 points toward her ASFA Field Championship. In ASFA we need 100 points for a Championship and 2 first places.

May 18-20, 2007 we went to Perry, GA for a United Kennel Club show. Phancy not only finished her UKC breed Championship in 3 shows but she also went BEST IN SHOW on Saturday May 19th!!

June 16-17, 2007 we had another lure coursing trial in Cartersville, Ga. Phancy received first place on Saturday completing one of her majors and Best of Breed on Sunday for her second major! She now only needs 5 more points toward her AKC Field Championship! She is one very fast little girl!

In Tarrytown, NY Phancy finished her Canine Good Citizen Certificate on the beautiful grounds of the Lyndhurst estate in front of the mansion. She did a wonderful job!

September 2007 - Phancy finished her AKC Field Championship in 3 days making her a Dual Champion! She is also now a Versatility Dog!

Phancy was placed in the top 25 Pharaoh Hounds in conformation and was invited to the Eukanuba Classic in Long Beach, CA.

October 2007 - Phancy earned 2 legs in Rally Advanced almost completing her title. In Franklin, TN of January 2008 Phancy finished her last leg toward her Rally Advanced earning her title!

January - April 2008 - Phancy made her agility debut in Franklin, TN for 2 days and she received 1 leg in Novice B Jumpers and Novice B Standard. She quickly finished her Novice titles and currently working toward her Open titles. In Perry, Ga this April she got one leg in each Standard and Jumpers! She is soon on her way to Excellent!

October 2008 - Phancy was Best of Opposite at our Pharaoh Hound National Specialty in Memphis, Tennessee!!
